At Ruffen, we serve sharing plates, fresh seafood, and carefully selected wines by the glass in a relaxed setting where it’s just as easy to drop in for a single glass as to settle in for the entire evening.

The menu draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, with a focus on clean flavours, seasonal ingredients, and the very best of the sea. Here you’ll find seafood, small plates, and seasonal bites that pair perfectly with our wines.

Ruffen is open from June 26 to August 9 and welcomes both hotel guests and visitors looking to enjoy a summer evening in Mölle with good food, wine, and a relaxed atmosphere.
